I am trying to make a battle of ryloth map. I converted a blender file to msh but when I try to put it in the map, It says it is on the map but I cant see it. HELP!
I'm looking to mod my SWBF2 game, and I'd appreciate any help in finding the location to change the spawn timer. 15 seconds is just too long.

Hello everybody, I have a problem with a space map. I added a few controlships for CIS and for the Republic and also CommandFlyers like LAAT or Droidgunships. I added those CommandFlyers in my lua-file but they still won't appear.
I also searched the gametoast.com FAQ for this problem but i couldn't find anything… any ideas what I am doing wrong?
you've got a nice page on editing existing maps, but there's nothing in there about which ones are the space maps, in fact i can't find any that appears to refer to the space maps, giving me minor fits TBH.
Any help with a list of which in game map each suffix is for (including space or ground where there's separate ones)?

Hi, I am trying to make a hoth map, but I am running into some problems. I am using the atat under the vehicle animations. I did everything i needed to with the vehicle spawn, and I loaded it in the lua, but it wont spawn. I even changed the leg thing at the bottom of the lua for walkers. nothing is working, why wont it spawn? any answers would be appreciated!
Did you move the spawn nodes as well? You should be able to make the bounds larger. Do a search over a gametoast.com for the solution.
Hi, I made a space map and when units spawn they automatically die on one side. The only thing i did was move one of the ships to the other side along with regions and path. I think this is happening because i moved the ship too far away. Is there anything i can do to fix this? Can i make the map bounds larger?

I would do a search on Gametoast for this as I'm sure someone else has come across this problem.
Basically, in zeroeditor I add objects to the terrain…I then save the .wld and munge the world..I then goto run BF2 and play the map but nothing has changed, even when I go to edit the map the objects are still there
Is it that I munge it every time I edit it, or am I not doing something in zeroedit?

i'm not much of a modder, but i would really like to add eras to maps. i have things such as BFX, UCW, and Dark Times. would it be possible to add those eras to standalone maps I've downloaded?

you have to change the side files, put all the imp files to the cis files and h-then change your mission.lvl of the map you want to have the clones vs clones in
Your Eras page is very short. I have yet to start tinkering with this BF modding stuff, but I'm curious if you are able to mix up the eras. For instance, put Stormtroopers against Clone Troopers, or any other manner of mixing. Also, does ZeroEditor come included as part of the package with the BF mod kit?

I thought this Wiki needed one of these. So far I've added the Convo pack and the unofficial 1.3 patch, just because I didn't want any arguments over how "recommended" they are. If anyone would like to add details or mods, the link is Recommended Mods.
The ZE page says it is crucial to run ze from the world's directory, but I disagree. I use stardock, and have a ZE shortcut that points to the instance in the data folder, and the only issue I've hit is needing to restart ZE when I add new assets to the world folder before I can use them. Has anyone else had problems with this?
