Local Team Creation

A new local team is created in the .lua file. For these steps, ABC will be the new team, and the team's number will be 3.

1: Add the line ABC = 3; under the second team's number assignment. For example:

REP = 1;
CIS = 2;
ABC = 3;

2: Setup the team under the SetupTeams function. For example:

3: Lastly, the team must be set up as an enemy or friend of the main two teams using SetTeamAsFriend and SetTeamAsEnemy.
